When you create a letter on LovePaper, we only collect the information you voluntarily provide: sender name, recipient name, the selected occasion, and the letter content. We do not ask for email, phone number, address, or any identification documents.
For security and abuse prevention, we store an irreversible hash of your IP address and browser user-agent. This data cannot be used to personally identify you.
Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We do not have access to and do not store your credit card, debit card, or any financial information.
We only use functional cookies to remember your language preference. We do not use tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Letters are only accessible through the unique link generated after payment.
Data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
You may request the deletion of your letter at any time by sending an email to enzo.fvo@gmail.com. We will fulfill your request within 5 business days.
This policy may be updated periodically. We recommend reviewing it from time to time. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page.
