LovePaper is a platform that allows you to create digital love letters with premium design and a unique link for sharing. The service is offered for a one-time payment per letter.
You are entirely responsible for the content of the letter you create. It is prohibited to use LovePaper to create content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, incites hatred or violence, or violates the rights of third parties.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, without prior notice and without refund.
Payment is one-time and non-recurring. After payment confirmation, the letter receives a permanent link. We do not offer refunds after the link is generated, except in cases of proven technical failure.
We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance without prior notice.
After payment, the generated link is permanent. We do our best to keep it accessible indefinitely, but we cannot guarantee eternal availability in case of service discontinuation.
The design, code, and LovePaper brand are the exclusive property of its creators. The content of the letters remains the property of the user who created them.
LovePaper is provided "as is". We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
